The Odom Corporation Warehouse

RSA integrated mechanical and electrical systems for Odom’s warehouse and office facility to support cold storage, operations, and workplace performance with energy-efficient design.

Integrated Industrial Facility Design

RSA Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design and construction phase services for The Odom Corporation’s 239,000 SF warehouse, distribution center, and office facility in Anchorage, Alaska. The facility includes a 213,000 SF warehouse with a three-level conveyor system and cold storage, as well as over 25,000 SF of administrative office space and event-ready amenities.

Our work included heating, ventilation, power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, and fire protection across both the warehouse and office areas. The design emphasized energy efficiency, reliability, and system integration to support continuous operations, cold storage requirements, and workplace functionality in South central Alaska’s demanding environment.
