Old Harbor Nuniaq Community Center and Tsunami Shelter

RSA provided full mechanical and electrical design services for the new 7,807 SF, facility, designed to function as a community center, with gathering space, offices and a kitchen. The design included generator and water storage to allow the facility to also be used asd an emergency tsunami shelter. The project was delivered under a design-build method, with RSA providing construction administration services.
