Alyeska Employee Housing

RSA designed mechanical and electrical systems for Alyeska Employee Housing to ensure energy-efficient, reliable infrastructure for comfortable, safe, and cost-effective workforce living in Alaska.

Workforce Housing Design

RSA Engineering provided full mechanical and electrical design services for a 35,000-square-foot, three-story employee housing facility in Girdwood, Alaska. Developed to meet growing demand for workforce accommodations, the project includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.

RSA’s team worked closely with the architect and contractor to design energy-efficient, code-compliant systems that matched the scale, layout, and performance needs of the building. The result is a reliable, comfortable living environment tailored to Alaska’s climate and the daily needs of a diverse workforce.
