West High School/Romig Middle School CTE Renovation and Addition

RSA Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design services for the new career and technology education (CTE) additions to West High School and Romig Middle School.  The project included a 15,269 square feet two story addition to West and an 8,530 square foot addition to Romig. The project require strategic planning due to the building’s ages and renovation history, as well as being in operation throughout construction. The project included demolition, renovation, new construction, and the addition of square footage.

The mechanical design included heating, ventilation, plumbing and sprinkler systems for the additions to the buildings.  Electrical design included power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, telecom, security, and video surveillance systems to for the additions to the buildings.
