Fairbanks Fire Station Headquarters Design/Build
RSA Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design for a new 19,000 SF facility that included offices for dispatch, the Fire Marshal, and plan review, as well as a conference room/library, waiting area, a workroom, laundry, 14 dorm rooms, 3 apparatus bays, Haz/mat wash down room, kitchen, day room, and hose tower. The facility is heated by radiant floor heat served by the Aurora District waste heat system with a boiler back up. Additionally, there is a VAV ventilation system.
