Dankor Building
RSA Engineering provided mechanical engineering services for the core and shell of a new three story, approximately 34,145 SF building. The building consisted of three stories of office space with an HVAC penthouse on the roof. RSA also provided design for a snowmelt system for the sidewalks. All sprinkler systems were performance specified. Upon completion of the core and shell development, the mechanical team from RSA provided construction design documents to facilitate tenant improvement of the entire facility. The first floor entailed design of a coffee shop and entry gathering area that was enhanced with the look and ambience of a gas fired fireplace and a two story open sitting area. The tenant improvement areas consisted of offices, conference rooms, and common break rooms which serve as kitchen areas.
