RSA provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the boiler replacement project that included two new 4,000 MBH input boilers and two 3,000 MBH input baseload boilers to replace the failing steam boiler system. The new boiler system design included high efficiency dual fuel hydronic condensing boilers. The design included new heating piping, variable speed pumps, heat exchangers, boiler venting, combustion air system, gas piping and electrical power distribution and demolition of the entire steam system.
