Position Summary
RSA Engineering is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support our Anchorage office. This position plays a vital role in daily office operations—serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, assisting staff with administrative needs, and helping maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
This is a full-time, onsite position in our Anchorage office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. Status: Full-time, Non-exempt (hourly)

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Communication
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls; assist callers with general information.
• Review daily schedules and assist with conference room setup for meetings.
Administrative & Clerical Support
• Format documents, letters, and reports.
• Format technical specifications (no technical background required).
• Assist with mail distribution and office organization.
Office Coordination
• Order and track office supplies.
• Assist with travel arrangements and pricing checks for proposals.
• Help with light office upkeep (e.g., plants, mail, and general tidiness).
• Support occasional special projects or company events.

Qualifications
• Previous administrative, office coordination, or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel; Access familiarity a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
