What types of projects does RSA typically work on?
We design mechanical and electrical systems for commercial, educational, municipal, healthcare, and industrial facilities, particularly those located in cold and remote environments.

Not at all. We handle projects of all sizes, from small room renovations to full-scale new construction and multi-building campuses.

We are located in Anchorage, Alaska, but we work on projects throughout the state and occasionally in the Lower 48s. We are licensed in Washington, Oregon, Michigan, Idaho, and Alaska (of course). 

02. Design Process

We use proven strategies like energy recovery, condensing boilers, glycol systems, and low-temperature heating to ensure performance in arctic and subarctic conditions.
Absolutely. We regularly design systems with energy efficiency, low environmental impact, and LEED-aligned best practices in mind.

03. Project Management

Yes. We offer full-service construction administration and site observation, or hourly support depending on client needs.
Through internal peer review, field inspections, commissioning, and collaboration with experienced engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Fees vary by project size and complexity. We offer fixed fee, hourly, or not-to-exceed pricing models designed to fit your needs.
