1983 Richard S. Armstrong Founded RSA
Richard S. (Dick) Armstrong founded RSA Engineering in 1983. Building on his 10 years of Alaska engineering experience, Dick set out on his own and soon earned the trust and respect of the North Slope Borough.

2008 Mack W. Bergstedt, P.E. Elected President
In early 2008, Dave passed those reins over to Mack W. Bergstedt, P.E., President and Principal Mechanical Engineer and Timothy E. Hall, P.E., Vice President and Principal Electrical Engineer.
2014 RSA Engineering relocates

2019 Roger L. Weese, P.E. Elected President
In January of 2019, the company’s Board of Directors elected Roger as the new President of RSA. RSA’s Board of Directors also elected Channing as Vice President. Adam Wilson continues to lead the Mechanical Department as Vice President.
2026 Channing Lillo, P.E. Elected President
In January of 2026, the company’s Board of Directors elected Channing as the new President of RSA. RSA’s Board of Directors also elected Jeremy Maxie as Vice President. Adam Wilson, Vice President, leads RSA’s Mechanical Engineering Department, and Mark Frischkorn continues as Vice President where he focuses on business development.
