Willow Community Center & Library

RSA provided phased mechanical and electrical system upgrades for Willow’s library and community center to ensure continued operation while modernizing critical building infrastructure.

Modernizing a Shared Facility

RSA Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design services for the renovation and expansion of the Willow Public Library and Community Center. The project included a new 6,635 SF library and upgrades to the 13,739 SF community center.

A key challenge was maintaining full operations throughout construction. RSA worked closely with the owner and design team to separate shared systems, phase utility changes, and implement all-new or upgraded MEP systems while keeping the facility safe and functional.

Upgraded MEP Systems

The project included new or upgraded plumbing, ventilation, fuel systems, lighting, and controls designed for energy efficiency, long-term performance, and seamless integration with both new and existing spaces.
